Reality TV dingbat and self-proclaimed nonvoter Brooke Hogan is sort of like the Matthew McConaughey of Miami beaches.

Granted, the things that come out of her mouth aren't quite as entertaining as Matty's maxims. (Remember how he described birth as getting "tribal on it"? Classic.)

However, we're just as likely to find Brooke showing off the girls in Miami as we are to run into a topless Matthew surfing in Malibu.

• Nicole Kidman sorta debuted Sunday Rose yesterday while arriving in Sydney. She then then told a local radio station, "She looks like Keith" and (this one goes out to all you nonbelievers) is "not a doll, she’s a real little thing."

• Nic wasn't the only one hiding her baby from the paps: Jamie Lynn Spears and Maddie perused the local Wal-Mart. She really brings this stuff on herself.

• Brad Pitt took Maddox out go-cart racing for his seventh birthday. How does this kid always look like the most badass person to ever exist?

• Meanwhile, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise hit up Broadway's The Little Mermaid. Fortunately, Kate left the pegged jeans at home this time.

As you may have noticed, our collection of semiclothed celebrities is entirely made up of pretty people frolicking on beaches. Most of us who look at these pictures are not frolicking on beaches, so it can be a bit of a downer.

That's why today we bring you a nearly naked star who is working out and sweating. See, it feels a little better to look at a celebrity like Ryan Phillippe actually earning his topless-ness and doing something, right?

Lost star Josh Holloway has been spending his summer off the Island shooting the movie Stay Cool in L.A. with Winona Ryder and Hilary Duff.

Yes, we think the tats, albeit fake, are pretty cool. But this 'do! WTF? It's as if Tommy Lee hooked up with Pebbles Flintstone and this is what popped out. Yeah, we know it's probably for the flick, but still.

So what do you all think about Holloway's hair? Is it the start of a new trend...or simply a lost cause?

Cindy Crawford may technically be a former supermodel, but from where we're sitting (and believe us, we'd like to be a lot closer), this 42-year-old mother of two looks like she could easily strut circles around catwalkers half her age.

Glistening in the St. Tropez sun, Cindy showed off her killer curves Monday while hanging out on a yacht with hubby Rande Gerber and, oh yeah, their pal George Clooney.

Must be nice.

We're so used to seeing starlets with little dogs that we're not sure what to make of Chris Brown and his fluffy arm candy while shopping on Melrose Boulevard.

Granted, he's toting the pup (and probably the purchases) for girlfriend Rihanna, but may we suggest something a little more manly next time—a rugged rescue perhaps?

Once again, Paris Hilton seems to be using fashion and cute accessories to let the world know that she and Benji Madden are truly meant to be together. (Seriously, check out the necklace she's wearing at the airport in Copenhagen!)

If you recall, it all started with those rings—Paris wearing Benji's initials on her finger and Benji wearing hers on his—followed shortly thereafter by the two of them stepping out in color-coordinated outfits.

Notoriously reclusive actor-turned-activist Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted this past weekend aboard a yacht in Ibiza, the hottest celebrity summering spot besides St. Tropez and that château where the Brangelina gang is holed up.

While Leo usually shuns the paparazzi, this time he decided to let them take as many pictures as they wanted in order to remind the Batman-crazed public that he is indeed king of the world and there’s nothing any dark knight can do to take that box office honor away from him. So thanks to everyone who stayed in this weekend to watch Titanic on TNT rather than give The Dark Knight even more money.
