H'wood Party Girl

Adrian Grenier's day wasn't done once he finished shooting the Emmy-nominated show Entourage yesterday.

The actor had a party to host at new Hollywood hot spot the Kress.

While Grenier came to the Absolut Los Angeles launch party without girlfriend Isabel Lucas in tow, costar Kevin Connolly dished that his onscreen love interest Sloane (aka Emmanuelle Chriqui) is back in the picture this season.

"She's back and forth," Connolly told E! News. "E [his character] can't seem to get rid of her...I wonder why!"

Emmanuelle's not the only hottie Connolly gets to share the screen with. In his new movie He's Just Not That Into You, he got to lock lips with Drew Barrymore, Scarlett Johansson and Ginnifer Goodwin. But apparently, it's not as awesome it sounds.

"I was a nervous wreck," Connolly confessed of the makeout scenes. "I block it out!"

Inside the soiree, Adrian and Kevin caught up with Jaime Pressly, who had a guest spot in the second season of their show.

Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth slipped into the bash unnoticed through the back entrance, but left after a quick lap.

L.C. was later spotted in a corner booth at Crown Bar, but alas, no Hills cameras were in sight.
