Smith, Depp, DiCaprio Shake Their Moneymakers
Here's some news Will Smith can take to the bank, along with those eight-figure paychecks: The Hancock star is the top-paid actor in Hollywood, according to the latest figures from the number crunchers over at Forbes.com.
Based on salaries earned between June 1, 2007, through June 1, 2008, Smith bested all competitors, male or female, raking in an estimated $80 million for his big-screen efforts.
His nearest moneymaking rival is Johnny Depp, whose pirate's booty totaled $72 million.
Not bad for a year's work.
Diaz, Downey, Jackman Flex Star Power
A slew of A-listers—and one animated icon—are gearing up for a different kind of starring role.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce unveiled its slate of 25 stars set to receive, well, stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year in the categories of motion pictures, television, recording and radio.
The motion picture category welcomes the biggest influx of stars: Robert Downey Jr., Cameron Diaz, Hugh Jackman, Ralph Fiennes, Sir Ben Kingsley, William H. Macy, Tim Burton, Leslie Caron and Tinkerbell (the Peter Pan character, not Paris Hilton's dog...though, never say never) comprise this year's class of 2009.
A Hairless Cameron Is Still Hot
With a face like that, who needs long, flowing, golden locks anyway, right?
Despite donning a bald cap for her new movie, My Sister's Keeper, Cameron Diaz's stunning self still shined through Wednesday while shooting scenes on the Santa Monica Pier with costars Abigail Breslin and Sofia Vassilieva.
The film centers on the relationship between a young girl battling leukemia (Vassilieva) and her sister (Breslin); Diaz plays their mother, who shaves her head in support of her ill daughter.
Proving that bald, in more ways than one, can indeed be beautiful.

Cameron Diaz's Upbeat Return
It's nice to see Cameron Diaz flashing that famous grin of hers once again.
The 35-year-old actress made her first public appearance since the recent passing of her father from pneumonia to attend the Los Angeles premiere of What Happens in Vegas Thursday night.
Looking radiant in a coral-colored minidress, Cam hit the red carpet with costar Ashton Kutcher, and at one point, even broke away from chatting with the press to enthusiastically oversee a screaming match among Diaz versus Kutcher fans in the bleachers for a chance to attend the premiere.
We're cheering for Team Cameron all the way.
