It's been one thing after another for Cristián de la Fuente this week.

A North Hollywood woman claims the injured Dancing With the Stars contestant damaged her car on March 3, according to a complaint filed April 21—and then amended April 28 because she originally called him "de la Puente"—in small claims court.

"The defendant tampered with my vehicle, causing hundreds of dollars in damages," Jasmaine Chatman alleges. "I had to take time off of school which left me with an outstanding balance." (View the complaint.)

She is seeking $5,000 to cover repairs, storage fees, car rental and her lost time at school.

Chatman couldn't immediately be reached for comment to explain what she meant by "tampered."
